I. Background for Proposed Project
Zhangjiagang Modern Agricultural Investment Co., Ltd. is a company mainly investing in business of agricultural touring and sightseeing. It is located in Modern Agriculture Demonstration Park of Zhangjiagang.
II. Project Information
The proposed project is located along Yangtze River opposite to Langshan Scenic Area of Nantong City, covering an area of 333,500 square meters. There are 300 hectares of seeds demonstration area, 200 hectares of citrus area, 670 hectares of rice area, 20 hectares of vegetable area and 670 hectares of ecological agriculture demonstration area. US$ 1.5 million has been invested to build a 2,000 square meters’ restaurant and parking lot, etc. roads and fishing area are under construction. With convenient transportation and good environment, it will be one of the best agricultural recreation areas in the region. Projects related are welcomed.
III. Estimated Investment: US$ 10 million with payback period as 4.3 years
