Recently a Base providing routine equipment maintenance services to scaled manufactures is under consideration. The concept was forwarded by Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone Investment Service Center. The first groups of service providers will be confirmed in December, which includes Dow Corning, Wacker, Dow Chemical, East Ocean Grains & Oils, Suzhou Fine Chemicals, etc.

The Equipment Maintenance Base is to help companies reduce resources like manpower, materials and costs, and to optimize the investment environment in the Zone. Free Trade Zone Investment Service Center hopes to introduce professional maintenance teams into the area for outsourcing maintenance services.
