In Dec. 2009, the first phrase of Zhangjiagang Free Trade Port Area (FTPA) passed the acceptance of the joint inspection team of the State Council. FTPA is the most special economic area in China combined with many functions of port, processing, logistics and etc, which enjoys the favorest plicies in the state. Therefore FTPA has strong appeal to enterprenuers.

There are 19 companies registered in FTZ from Dec.2009 to Jan. 2010, 8 in Jan. with total investment 9 times of the same period of the previous year.
